The research function is being built from scratch. You'll define the ICPs, sharpen the hypotheses, run the discovery, and shape what the product becomes. This is not a usability-testing seat. It's a research-to-strategy seat — your work feeds directly into the roadmap, the segmentation, and the growth bets.
On-site Dubai. Reports to C-level. Small team, fast cycles, product triads. Strong product culture — research carries weight, not decorates decks. Decisions ship in days, not quarters.
