About the product

A new SME and business banking product in Dubai. Onboarding, KYC, payments, accounts, regulated disclosures — flows where a single line of copy decides whether a customer trusts the product or abandons it.

Why this role is interesting

Most banks treat content as polish. We treat it as architecture. You'll own the words across the product, build the system that keeps them consistent, and turn regulated, unfamiliar territory into something a small business owner actually wants to read.

Environment

On-site Dubai. Embedded in product triads with design and PM. Content is in the room when the spec is written, not patched in at the end.

What we expect

• 5+ years in UX writing or content design at a fintech, bank, or product company.
• Native-level English with a sharp, modern product voice.
• Arabic is a strong plus
• Systems thinker — voice, tone, terminology, patterns, decision trees.
• Direct experience writing for onboarding, KYC, payments, or financial flows.
• Comfort with regulated content — disclosures, warnings, T&Cs that customers actually read.
• Based in Dubai or relocation-ready for on-site work.
