Own end-to-end design for core banking flows. Hands-on IC role for someone with strong UI craft, systems thinking, and product ownership.

Build the research function from scratch. Define ICPs, segments, and hypotheses. Reports to C-level. For researchers who shape product direction, not just deliver reports.
Senior UX Writer / Content Designer
